     Several years ago one of the firm's employment law clients had an epiphany many months after losing her job.  She questioned whether being a diverse female, over the age of forty would destroy any future career prospects.  She was sadly discouraged and down on her luck.  And just then, as if a lightbulb went off, it occurred to her that her best years were still ahead of her.
